Godwin Adogu Onivehu has been impersonating legitimate SEO, web design, digital marketing, and Wix development agencies, falsely claiming affiliation in order to build trust with unsuspecting clients.

He exploits the established reputation, websites, and Wix marketplace profiles of these businesses to appear credible, then redirects clients to external payment platforms such as Upwork.

His methods involve identity theft, brand misrepresentation, and the use of fraudulent contracts, invoices, and documentation to support his claims.

In one documented case, he contacted a client while pretending to be a representative of a real web agency, attempted to establish a contract via Upwork, and even sent a forged invoice listing himself as the administrator of the impersonated company. He also submitted a photo ID, which is now securely retained as part of the evidence for pending legal action.
